The South African Journal of Information and Communication Vol 1 No 1, 2000

The Southern African Journal of Information and Communication is produced by the LINK Centre twice a year in order to encourage debate in the area of policy, regulation, management and development of broadcasting, telecommunications and information technology in Southern Africa.

The inaugural edition of the Journal is again non-thematic, but rather highlights a range of topical and developmental issues from gender and ICTs to universal access and online surveillance and privacy. Articles include:
